“Devil’s Dream” – Doc Watson Style | Bluegrass Guitar Lesson with Tab

$9.00

A lesson on the classic old-time tune “Devil’s Dream” in the style of Doc Watson! This classic tune is another example of a Celtic style “jig” or “reel” – a dance form closely related to the structure of the song itself. This arrangement is based off the Doc Watson version, who often presented this tune as a medley with “Fisher’s Hornpipe”. This song is a great exercise in old-style fiddle tune techniques and is a great addition to any jam or setlist. In this lesson, we’ll take a look at the complete A and B part melody, as well as the rhythm and chord structure.
