In this lesson, we take a look at the traditional tune “Wheel Hoss” This tune uses the G major arpeggio throughout most of the melody. There’s really only one chord, a G major which allows you to easily add your own flavor to this classic tune. We also make use of a lot of open strings which will help build both your crosspicking and lead playing. After you learn the notes for this tune, try challenging yourself and build your speed using a metronome.
